Whether you are a first time client or a returning one, here is where you can find everything you need to know about your appointment.

Plan Your Visit

  • Appointment Bookings

    The best way to book is through the online booking system. I accept email and Instagram requests, but will not always be able to respond immediately.

    A credit card is required to secure all appointments, but will not be charged. Final payment may be made with this card or another method of your choice.

    You will also receive a text and email reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Gratuity Free

    Each visit is tailored specifically to you and is 100% inclusive…that’s right, no gratuity. Seriously! And I’m more than okay with that, because I’m charging appropriately for my time and experience.

    If you would like to thank me, I would greatly appreciate a written Google review and referrals to your friends and family!

  • Method of Payment & Parking

    I accept Cash, E-transfer, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

    There is a parking available in the driveway or on the street.

  • Cancellation Guidelines

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to your card on file.

    Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

    All no-show appointments will be subjected a fee of 100% of the reserved services and a 50% booking fee will be required for any future appointments. This fee will be applied to your final service total on the day of your services.

  • Late Arrivals

    If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same late cancellation fee of 50% will apply and we will reschedule your service for another time.

    In the event that I am able to accommodate you, I will do my very best to complete as much of the service as I can in the remaining time and the appointment will be charged in full even if the service has to be adjusted.

Your Hair Guru Guarantee

Our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your hair cut or colour. We love to make you feel beautiful inside and out and because we want you to love your hair, we currently do not offer monetary refunds, only adjustments.

If you are not satisfied with any services, please let us know within 4 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue with no additional charge within 14 days of the initial service.

Please note that we do not offer complimentary adjustments as a result of a change of mind or if you opt out of a blow dry with haircut or color.
