Appointment Bookings
While I am on maternity leave, appointments can only be made through text, e-mail, or Instagram. Phone calls will not be answered at this time, and the online booking portal is unavailable.
A credit card is required to confirm/secure all appointments, but will not be charged. Failure to confirm your appointment with a valid credit card at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Gratuity Free
Each visit is tailored specifically to you and is 100% inclusive…that’s right, no gratuity. Seriously! And I’m more than okay with that, because I’m charging appropriately for my time and experience.

Method of Payment & Parking
I am currently only accepting cash payments.
There is a parking available in the driveway or on the street.

Cancellation Guidelines
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to your card on file.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
All no-show appointments will be subjected a fee of 100% of the reserved services and a 50% booking fee will be required for any future appointments.

Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same late cancellation fee of 50% will apply and we will reschedule your service for another time.
In the event that I am able to accommodate you, I will do my very best to complete as much of the service as I can in the remaining time and the appointment will be charged in full even if the service has to be adjusted.
